At Cache Tech, there are no hierarchical grades such as Owner and Employee, all are treated equally. I remember one of the incidences related to salary payout delay. There was a mutual understanding between Joshi Sir and staff members. At that time, he supported me and came up with a solution to develop a system for monthly salary distribution.
